This product is not processed to control microbial pathogens. Product must be prepared to a minimum internal temperature of 180°F (82°C). Raw Dough/batter is not ready-to-eat and must be thoroughly cooked before eating. To prevent illness from naturally occurring bacteria in flour, do not eat or play with raw dough/batter; wash hands and surfaces thoroughly after handling.
