Harlan Mentors are our emerging leaders.  Mentors work each week with new Apprentice employees to help them to become successful, long-term employees.

This includes:

• Helping new employees become part of their team.
• Preparing for their AFP Certification
• Giving job and career advice

Mentors receive:

• Performance bonuses for each new employee who successfully completes the program
• Champion-Level certification
• Advancement and pay increase fast track
