So, we want to reward you for referring the friends and family members you trust the most.  

If you know someone you are convinced would be a great Food Manufacturing Professional, let us know.

If Harlan hires them you get paid.  And, they are successful in achieving their AFP certification, you get paid again!

Ask yourself a few questions before referring someone.  If you can answer 'yes' to all the questions, you are going to be in the money very soon!

    • $100 for every employee you refer who is hired by Harlan Foods and successfully completes their first 30 days of employment.
    • $100 when that same employee completes their 90 day mentorship program.

    Here's an example of how this works.

    You refer three friends, who all complete Day One training on the 1st day of July. All three also successfully reach their 30 day goal on July 30th. Your first August paycheck will have an additional $300 added to it.

    All three of your friends then successfully complete their Apprentice Mentorship Program, in mid-October. Your second paycheck in October will contain another $300.

    When your three friends pass their AFP test, they will all receive raises about the same time you get your second $300 payment.

    Who makes sure my referrals are successful?

    Making sure your referrals are successful means you can be sure you get paid. How does this work?

    You are not responsible for getting them through their NEO On-Boarding successfully. That is up to our Champion-Certified Food Manufacturing Professionals who oversee this department.

    You are not responsible for getting them through their Mentorship program successfully. This is up to our Champion-Certified Mentors and certified Mentor Success Resources.

    S.A.F.E. means that your referred employees are successful at Harlan

    Under the S.A.F.E. program, Team Leads, Supervisors and S.A.F.E. team leadership including Executive Sponsors (typically the Plant Director), The Performance Stakeholder (typically the Plant Operations Manager), the Facility Mentor Success Resource or 'MSR' and even the Shift MSR's are all measured in the S.A.F.E. program on how successful on your referral's success?
